Developing Minds is closing on March 29th

To My Valued Patients:
I am writing to inform you that after 15 years, I have decided to close Developing Minds and move on to a new chapter in my career. I believe that time is our most precious commodity, and in the interest of spending my time doing what I love (taking care of my patients and spending time with my family), I no longer wish to deal with the administrative duties required in running a private practice. I will be opening a new office in South Durham as a provider with Geode Health, a mental health organization that is committed to closing the access gap in mental healthcare. That means I will be taking most insurance plans! I hope you will follow me to my new office, where you will benefit from easy online scheduling of virtual and in-person appointments.

The last day that I will see patients at Developing Minds will be March 29, 2024. I will continue to provide medical care for you prior to this closing date and would be honored to continue to provide care to you as part of Geode.

Once the office is closed, you will receive notification about how to obtain your medical records (in accordance with state law retention requirements) if you opt to find another psychiatric provider.

Developing Minds is a Child, Adolescent and Adult Mental Health Psychiatry practice in Durham, North Carolina.
